Bizarre Barefoot Burglar Runs From Police - Cross-Dresses - Tries To Flee Again Before Being Tazed

Today at about 11:15 a.m. near Charnock and Kelton, an alert neighbor noticed a barefoot male black exiting through her neighbors window with a suitcase, and then he started crawling along the roof. She called the police who arrived in minutes and upon confronting the man, he freaked out, ran, broke a window of the house and re-entered the residence. An LAPD airship was overhead monitoring the suspect while a perimeter was set up.

The suspect broke windows out while he was inside the house, and then finally emerged just about an hour later wearing a red dress and a cowboy hat. He wandered around a bit, and then fled over several fences before being subdued by a taser and LAPD K9′s. It was suspected that the 20ish yr old man was under the influence of narcotics. He is in the hospital being treated for several medical issues. More info as it becomes available.

Below is the scanner audio of the event including the airship account of the suspects bizarre movements.

My sister was evacuated from one of the neighboring houses and your hilarious twitter feed kept our whole family up to date and smiling through a very scary situation. Sis thought he was going to set the house on fire when he started breaking out windows. She keeps telling us it is a very quiet neighborhood. Certainly not quiet like here in Virginia.
