Sergeant Reina, who has been well known for being in charge of Venice Beach for the last three years has just earned a well deserved promotion to Lieutenant. Sarge has handled the myriad of diverse issues along the Boardwalk, from vending issues to murder… and everything in between. A favorite of business owners and residents along the Boardwalk for his letter of the law style and compassion for social issues - Sarge will be missed. Lt. Paola Kreefft is now taking on the many joys of the beach detail, politics and vending issues! See ya Lt. Sarge!
