Today at around 11 a.m., Pacific Area detectives and air support executed a stakeout of a vehicle and two suspects wanted in multiple Pacific Area burglaries. The two females were being followed in a vehicle, and stopped at a business location where numerous officers and an air unit watched the suspects. After approximately a half an hour, one female emerged from the business and left in the vehicle. She was immediately taken into custody. The other female was arrested several blocks from the location.
The females and several other individuals not at the scene are suspects in a number of Pacific area crimes. This operation took place outside of Pacific Division, but was executed by senior detectives from our area as well as Pacific undercover and patrol units. A great arrest that will hopefully result in convictions and recovery of stolen property!
