One of the more interesting “vendor” types… as long as they walk and keep moving they are allowed to hustle their CD’s under the same premise as Harry Perry and the “Reggae For Kids” wagon.
A duo called “Evidence” shot their entire video along the boardwalk, and has an underlying story about blowing up by handing out their CD along Venice Beach. It really gives you a taste of the boardwalk on a crowded day… and of course… there’s Juan.
