Well, after the helicopter hovering extravaganza this week documenting the paper-throwing Marina Peninsula meltdown guy … he came back for what everyone thought was round deux! Police, helicopter and the Fire Department all responded … as did half the neighborhood again… for nothing. They guy wasn’t as melt-downy so all the agencies split. Of course Tony Vera was on the scene though… and he wound up talking to the guy for a bit. Check it out!
