Video and details from a local resident:
This guy came into my carport at 4:56AM, up from the beach. A different camera saw him come up from the beach, look in an adjacent building’s carport, then he came into mine. There are two BMWs side by side. I think he had a shaved key because he was trying a key. He got nothing, then he went through pieces of scrap plywood, drywall, etc. looking for something to steal. He was around for 6 minutes and just missed by black belt karate neighbor leaving to work out by 20 seconds.
