Police received a call about a stolen PT Cruiser near Topsail in Venice on the Peninsula which was a very overdue rental car from Ontario. The joy riders wanted a day at the beach apparently. Traffic proved to be an asset. Four police cars and an airship responded and the suspects were apprehended in the intersection at Pacific and Washington. A black male and Hispanic female were taken into custody at the scene.
