From the LAPD Pacific Division Beach Lt:
The bike was abandoned on the boardwalk by a male suspect who ran when officers asked to speak with him. Officers believe the bike is stolen but LAPD has no report or victim. Anyone with information about ownership of this bike should contact Pacific Station at 310-482-6334.
