Probably depends on which group. Unfortunately, they’re usually a nuisance by the 1600 block. They rarely sell any signs and just use it as an excuse to sit there and drink and smoke up. They accost passersby with threats if they take a photo without ‘paying $1′ for it. I’ve seen at least 4 fistfights break out among them over the last two months.
