UPDATE: A lovely neighborly lady took down the ribboned tree and ornaments - the candy-cane pylons however require paint. That’s a job.
The Windward Circle Circle was decorated for the holidays. The sign lighting was a success. The extended holiday weekend was lovely. Now the mystery remains as to who is responsible for restoring the circle back to abnormal. Anyone?
