A parolee-at-large that escaped a foot pursuit this morning tried to evade officers again this evening in Oakwood. Officers tried to engage the man when he took off, prompting a perimeter and LAPD airship which called out to the suspect to surrender. Eventually he was taken into custody on Milwood & California. Apparently Venice is stocking up on stellar individuals in expectation of another lawless Summer.
Lock them doors and windows.
