UPDATE: Victim shot in hip. May have exchanged words with suspect. Victim not talking.
A 25 yr old white male was shot at Market and Pacific Thursday night. Witnesses said a car pulled up as he was skating down the sidewalk, a man got out if the car and shot him once, got back in the car driven by another person and fled down Main St. No word on victims condition or possible suspects. More to come.
